August 5th 1999
   On Thursday morning I woke up in ELKO Nevada.

  ELKO   Nevada:

At 7:30 am (P.S.T.) I began the drive east on I-80. I crossed back into Utah,
and (M.S.T.), and about 10 am I was back at the Bonneville Salt Flats.

Bonneville Salt Flats : 

I spent another 2 hours recording with the print and video cams.

I arrived back in Salt Lake City at 3:30 pm and returned to the Kinko's ,to send an e-mail update.

Then it was time for a car wash.

After my car was clean I went to find a resturant and had a big Fetuccini Alfredo Dinner.
I had driven almost 2600 miles in 6 days, and had reached 2 of 4 goals I had planned for this trip.
